Introduction to ram BOP:
Designed and manufactured according to api16a standard, it is equipped with valve plates of different sizes and has sealing functions such as full seal, half seal and shear. In order to save the time of replacing the gate valve, the design of variable diameter gate is also adopted.
The high-quality ram front rubber core, top rubber core and middle flange sealing group can meet the working requirements of extreme working conditions, high and low temperature and acidic environment.
The shell is made of low alloy steel castings or forgings, and the chemical composition, mechanical properties and forming process meet the requirements of corresponding standards.
Connection mode: there are three connection modes at the upper and lower parts: wire planting connection, flange connection and clamp connection. The dimensions of connecting flange, bolt, clamp and steel ring groove shall comply with api6a and api16a standards.
Classification: ram blowout preventers are divided into Carmeron type and Shafer type. Carmeron type blowout preventers replace the ram hydraulically, which is safe, reliable and easy to operate.
